Where can you collect patients from?
Almost any setting — hospitals, secure mental health units, prisons, police stations, home addresses or directly from the street. We provide the right care at the right time, regardless of location.
What training do your crews have?
All crews are comprehensively trained in de-escalation techniques and restraint use, aligned with the Mental Health Act and the Restraint Reduction Network standards, with training refreshed annually.
Are you CQC registered?
Yes. Spark Medical is fully registered with the CQC across our patient transport contracts, with robust clinical governance throughout.
What vehicles do you operate?
A modern fleet including full-size, Home Office approved Category B secure cell area vehicles, plus wheelchair-accessible and stretcher-capable vehicles where patient mobility requires it.
